Basant Panchami festival celebrated at Blooming Buds School Moga

Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution of Moga city, celebrated Basant Panchami Festival under the leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini. Students worshiped Goddess Saraswati, presented articles and beautiful charts related to Basant Panchami durig the morning assembly. While presenting the article, the students highlighted the festival of Basant Panchami and said that this festival is considered as the festival of the king of seasons. Basant Panchami starts from Basant and lasts till Panchami of Krishna Paksha of Falgun month. This festival is especially important for art and education lovers. Goddess Saraswati is worshiped on this day. Yellow color is the center of attraction on this day. People wear yellow clothes. After this, the students enjoyed the kite flying activity in the playground of the institution. All the students took an oath not to use the China Dor to fly kites and also appealed to everyone not to use the China Dor. Mr. Gurpreet Singh Bedi, President of Samrala Hockey Club was specially present on this occasion. School Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani warmly congratulated all the staff and students on Basant Panchami and told that every festival is celebrated in the institution with great passion, love and devotion to inculcate a sense of national unity among the children.
