Sixth subject of the entrepreneurship development program has concluded in Blooming Buds School

Knowledge of entrepreneurship can solve the problem of unemployment – ​​Principal

Blooming Buds School is a renowned educational institution of the area which provides various platforms to the students to showcase their talent and bring out the hidden talent within them. Under the able leadership of BBS Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini, Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini, 23 students of Blooming Buds School got the opportunity to participate in the Personality Development Program for entrepreneurship awareness and today the final sixth phase of the program was given to the students in the school. Sharing information about this program, school principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani said that the biggest problem of the country which is unemployment, to find a solution for it, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Chandigarh, Panjab University, Punjab Engineering College, I. I. T. Ropar Joined hands with Young Hopes of India Foundation, Chandigarh to work exclusively on entrepreneurship and rural development. To encourage entrepreneurship and inculcate the entrepreneurial spirit, the Center for Entrepreneurship and Rural Development launched the first phase under the 3 phase Entrepreneurship Development Program, i.e. Personality Development Center for schools for the desired personality of an entrepreneur. Only 7 schools were selected from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Chandigarh. It is important to be mentioned here that Blooming Buds School, Moga was also one of the schools selected for this program. 23 students of the school participated in this program. In which they were introduced to six topics starting from the basics of entrepreneurship such as Idea Generation, Business Planning, Funding, Revenue Models, Legal regulations involved in Entrepreneurship and Idea Pitching. Various Seminars, Lectures were organized for the students on these topics. These topics were covered with three activities for each topic, first a lecture at the school, then a workshop at the partner institute and competitions both online and offline. Mr. Chetan Sahor, an expert in industries and organizations, guided the students in the above subjects. Various workshops were organized at N.I.T.T.R. Chandigarh, I.I.T. Ropar, Panjab University and students got an opportunity to explore the infrastructure of the institutions. During these workshops, the students got to interact with various personalities like Director IIT Ropar, Prof. (Dr.) Rajeev Ahuja, Prof. (Dr.) Davinder Singh, Chairperson Legal Department, Panjab University and Advocate Suveer Sidhu Ji, Chairman Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. If students are imparted knowledge of entrepreneurship along with their basic education then students can become job providers in future so that the problem of unemployment can be solved. Blooming Buds School will always encourage students to be a part of such programs for the benefit of their students. After the last lecture in the school today, Mr. Chetan Sahore and Miss Abhisha Jindal were honoured with a memento by the Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini and Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani.
