Information given to students for taking care of ears on the occasion of World Hearing Day

During the morning assembly in Blooming Buds School, Under the guidance of Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini, students shared information about ear care on the occasion of World Hearing Day. On this occasion charts and articles related to this day were presented by the students. In which they said that World Hearing Day is celebrated every year on March 3 to raise awareness about how to prevent deafness and hearing loss and to promote ear and hearing care around the world. Every year a theme is chosen by the World Health Organization to raise awareness about hearing problems. This year’s theme is: “Ear and Hearing care for all! Let’s make it a Reality”. Giving information, they said that ear and hearing problems are one of the most common problems encountered in the society. More than 60% of these can be identified and addressed at the primary level of care. The main objective of this theme is to encourage governments to integrate ear and hearing care into health care training programs at the primary level in every primary health care center. Aim of these training programs is to inform people about the importance of ear and hearing care and encourage them to seek services from primary health care centres. Many such programs are conducted by the Government of India under the National Health Mission, in which tips are given for care of ear and hearing problems and make people aware about the diseases of hearing loss. The National Health Mission also aims to educate people about the effects of hearing loss on deafness, language, mental and social development and the importance of early detection of hearing loss as well as the stigma associated with deafness in society. On this occasion, school principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani said that information about such days is often shared in the school so that students can keep their health good and detect any disease at the beginning and also make others aware.
