Blooming Buds School organized an assembly on Art Integration

As per the circular issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) regarding Art Integration, Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institute of the area, organized a morning assembly focusing on art integration. During which the school principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani said that as per the CBSE instructions under the ‘Art Integration’ program there is pairing between two states so that students can get information about each other’s state about their Arts, Culture and also get knowledge about their Languages. This year the state of Punjab has been merged with the state of Odisha. On this occasion, the teacher of the school Miss Shweta Sharma who is originally a resident of Odisha state. She shared information about the culture of Odisha while addressing the students. As in Hindi language there is varna mala, in Punjabi students are taught ‘painti’ to identify letters, similarly in Odisha, Barnamala is taught primarily. Students presented the alphabet through a chart. Along with this, the chart of Lord Jagannath was also presented while presenting the culture of Odisha. The teacher also shared information about the history of Oridsha. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani appreciated the efforts of Miss Shweta Sharma for inculcating a deep understanding of the art and culture of Odisha state among the students. She acknowledged the importance of art integration in promoting cultural exchange and urged students to continue exploring different art forms to enhance their creativity and broaden their perspectives. Addressing the students, she said that both Punjab and Orissa have unique and diverse cultural traditions that have evolved over centuries, reflecting their rich history, artistic expression and distinct identity. Under this, students will be given different projects in which students from first class to tenth class will participate. There will also be artistic projects, role plays and various group projects to be completed by each group of 4-5 students.
