The ‘Moga Zone Games 2023-24’ was inaugurated today at Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution of Moga city, under the able leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Madam Kamal Saini ji. These games were started by school chairperson Madam Kamal Saini, Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani and Moga Zone Secretary S. Kulwant Singh Kalsi ji after ribbon cutting ceremony in the school grounds. School Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani ji welcomed the visiting teams and their in-charge teachers and wished the players to play with sportsmanship and integrity. She also shared the information that Blooming Buds School is hosting all groups of cricket, badminton, boxing, weight lifting, power lifting this time. On the first day, the Under-14 (Boys/Girls) matches were started. On this occasion, Chairperson Madam Kamal Saini, Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani were introduced to all the players. She congratulated the motivated players and advised them to play hard and honestly. Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani also said that Blooming Buds School has been hosting these games for many years. After this, Chief Guest Zone Secretary Mr. Kulwant Singh Kalsi ji thanked Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Madam Kamal Saini. These sports are organized very smoothly in the school and the Zonal Sports Committee gets all kinds of support. He further said that the way BBS an educational institution promotes sports is a very commendable thought. On this occasion, Moga Zone General Secretary Madam Jaspal Kaur, Finance Secretary Paramjit Singh, Member Harpratap Singh, Gurmel Singh, Pardeep Kaur, Jasveer Kaur, Madam Sunita Rani, Pawanpreet Kaur, Coach Punjab Masih, Coach Kamta Parshad, Coach Harjit Singh, Coach Dharminder Singh, coach Satveer Kaur and players participating in the zone games were also present.
