Blooming Buds School conducted voter awareness lecture under sweep activity

Under the directions of Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer, Moga S. Kulwant Singh, Assistant Returning Officer cum SDM of 074 Dharamkot and under the able leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini, Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini, School Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution in Moga city celebrated Voter Pran Diwas under sweep activities. On this occasion, the school principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani inspired teachers and students to be a part of democracy. Giving a message to them to exercise their right to vote, she said that we all should use our vote properly and help the democratic system to achieve the target of 70% polling this time by voting as many votes as possible. Addressing the students, she asked them to send their grandparents, parents, elder siblings and any other relatives who have the right to vote to vote on June 1. In this regard the District Sweep Team, Moga issued a message from the children to the parents in which the children are giving the message. “Dear grandparents, parents, uncles, aunts, brothers, I want to ask you to elect the new government of the country on June 1, 2024. Polling is being held, you must go to cast your vote on this day, if you vote then a good, stable and strong government will be formed, you have to cast your vote without any greed, fear etc. Do not fall into the temptation, your vote will decide the future of me and millions of other children of the country. So I hope you will accept my request” Every student was encouraged to convey this message to their neighbors and family members. All staff and students were present on this occasion.
