Blooming Buds School paid tribute to industrialist ‘Late. Ratan Naval Tata Ji’ during a special assembly.
Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution in Moga city under the able leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini, a special meeting was organized under the guidelines of school principal Dr. Hamiliya. During this meeting, the school management, staff and students presented flowers as a tribute to the famous industrialist ‘Late Ratan Naval Tata’. On this occasion, the students presented articles related to the life of Ratan Naval Tata ji and shared information about him in detail. School Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani told the students that Ratan Naval Tata Ji was born on 28 December 1937 in Mumbai. He was the son of Naval Tata Ji and was later adopted by Ratan Ji Tata, son of Tata Group founder Jamshed Ji Tata. In 1961 he joined Tata group and in 1991 after the retirement of JRD Tata Ji, he became his successor. 60-65 percent of the Tata Group’s total profits are donated to charity, that made Ratan Naval Tata one of the leading philanthropists worldwide. Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini ji said that the complete life of Ratan Naval Tata Ji is an inspiration. He had said “I don’t believe in taking the right decision, I just take decision and prove it right”. Ratan Naval Tata was awarded Padma Bhushan in 2000, Maharashtra Bhushan in 2006, Padma Vibhushan in 2008 and Assam Vaibhav in 2021. During his lifetime, Ratan Naval Tata made the Tata Group an international conglomerate. Along with this, many charitable organizations were started for human welfare which fulfill the basic needs of the needy be it health, food or education. After the meeting, all the staff, students and management members present paid tribute to this great industrialist and philanthropist of India by observing a two minute silence.
