Blooming Buds school players won silver and bronze medals in state level competitions of chess and badminton.

Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution of Moga city, under the able leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini, the students of the school are continuously showing excellent performance in the field of sports. Every day the players of this organization come back winning medals from state and national level sports competitions. Sharing information in this regard, school principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani said that Abhijay Kaura of the school won the silver medal in the under-14 Chess competition held in the Punjab School State level sports competition. These Chess competitions were held at Malerkotla in which teams from all districts across Punjab participated. In which Abhijay Kaura, who performed his game well, won the silver medal. Along with this, in the under-13 competitions of the sub-junior category of the State Badminton Championship held between 10 and 12 October, the school player Jennifer won the bronze medal while playing in the double category. The championship was held at Abohar in which players from all over Punjab participated. It is worth mentioning that Jennifer’s age is only 11 years and she has won many competitions on state level. Principal madam congratulated Abhijay Kaura and Jennifer and honored both the students by calling them on stage during the morning assembly. On this occasion, school chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini also congratulated both the players and wished them all the best for future competitions. She said that this excellent result is because of hard work, dedication of the students and the high quality training provided by their coach. No one knows which player has demonstrated his game and one day has to shine the name of his country at the international level. That is why BBS is committed to take the students to a higher level.
