Blooming Buds School Moga celebrated ‘National Unity Day’

Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution of Moga city celebrated ‘National Unity Day’ during the morning prayer meeting under the leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini. During assembly the students gave information and said that India is a country where people of different religion, region, tradition, race, caste, color and creed live. That is why integration of people in India is necessary to create national integration. Through unity people of different religions and culture live together there will be no social or ideological problem. Various types of charts were made by the students and speeches were presented. On this occasion, while giving information school principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani said that Rashtriya Ekta Diwas is celebrated on 31st October. This day is celebrated to promote the spirit of nationalism and unity among Indian citizens. This day was celebrated for the first time in the year 2014 and is celebrated in memory of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his birth anniversary. Who dreamed of making a united India and fulfilled it.  This day is celebrated all over India and always inspires unity. She said that National Unity Day is a very good day to remember the achievements and struggles of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Bharat Ratna Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was the first Deputy Prime Minister of India. He did great work in maintaining peace throughout the country. He is also known as Iron Man. An iron statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel named Statue of Unity has been erected in the state of Gujarat. Which means a symbol of unity.
