Blooming Buds School, Moga celebrated The birth anniversary of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji
Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution in Moga city, under the leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini, celebrated the birth anniversary of the first Guru of Sikhism, Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji with great reverence and fanfare. A special assembly was held in the school, during which the ‘Shabad’ from Sri Guru Granth Sahib were recited beautifully. The words sung by the students, ‘Satigur Nanak Pragatia, Miti Dhund Jag Chanan hoa, Jyu kar Suraj nikalya tare chape andher paloa’ gave the atmosphere a very supernatural devotional look. Apart from this, very beautiful and instructive charts and articles on the biography of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji were presented by the students. While presenting the article, the students were told that the birthday of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji is celebrated every year on the Punya of the Desi month of Katak. They said that Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji was the first Guru of Sikhism and Guru Ji devoted his entire life to the welfare of humanity and to remove the evils spread in the society. Guru Nanak ji taught humanity to ‘Kirat Karo, Vand Chhako, Naam Japo, On this occasion, Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani while highlighting the efforts made by Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji said that Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji through his works and teachings explained the true and correct way to make human life meaningful. They should not fall into superstitions, not follow false customs, believe in only one God ‘Ek Omkar’, respect women, do not hurt any living being, do not look evil on other people’s wealth, work hard, etc. On this occasion the school chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini told the students that we should imbibe the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev ji and move forward on the right path. She further said that as Guru ji has given the message of doing hard work, acquiring education in student life is the real work for students.
