Blooming Buds School paid tribute to Pandit Nehru on the occasion of ‘Children’s Day’
Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution of the area, which has created a distinct identity under the leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini. A special function was organized in the school during this morning assembly in which Children’s Day was celebrated with great pomp. Charts and articles related to this day were presented by the students and they said that this special day is celebrated in memory of Shri Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of independent India, who was born on November 14, 1889 at Allahabad. He had a special love for children and children called him Chacha Nehru. They considered children as the future builders of the country. November 14 marks the dedication of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru towards the welfare and education of children. Celebrating this day, a very beautiful dance and choreography was presented by the students of Class III. Poems related to Chacha Nehru were recited by the children. After this, the students enjoyed fun games like train race, rolling rim, caterpillar race etc. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani shed light on the biography of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and said that he was also a writer, eminent leader, freedom fighter and thinker. Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini told the children that Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru is remembered for his immense contribution in the field of education. He found many educational institutes like IIT, IIMS and IIM. Their idea was that every child should get maximum education. She congratulated all the students on Children’s Day and wished them a good future. All the staff were also present on this occasion.
