The 17th BBS GAMES 2023 is going to be held in Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution of Moga city. Preparations for games and annual events are in full swing which every student looks forward to as this annual event brings a lot of excitement to the students. Every student participates in some sports or the other cultural activities and showcases their talent. School Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani said that during these 17th BBS Games, various types of displays, song music, PT display, 38 sports and 22 track and field events are held along with displays etc. As always, this year too, all the children are getting excited and enthusiastic about these BBS games. Each player is in a race to get ahead of the other player. Under these, quarter-final and semi-final competitions of various sports were conducted. The annual event is preceded by quarter-final and semi-final competitions of indoor-outdoor sports in which all the students participate with great enthusiasm. It is worth mentioning that more than 60 semi-final and final matches took place during these games which were started by Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini and School Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani. During these competitions, semi-final competitions of cricket, kabaddi, base ball, soft-ball, hockey, soft ball, handball, basket ball, football, kho-kho, dodge ball, snooker, chess, carrom, throw-ball, volleyball etc. were conducted. Apart from this, track events like 200m, 400m, 600m, 800m races were also conducted. These races were conducted for boys and girls in U-14, U-17, U-19 age groups. Medals will be awarded to students who stand first, second and third in these races. The teams that reach the final from the semi-final matches will have their final match. The teams which will compete in the final matches will be awarded with trophies and medals after winning. Madam Kamal Saini, Chairperson of BBS Group, while speaking, said that the main objective of the organization is to make children proficient in the field of education as well as sports and other advanced activities. She further said that every student should have the ability to unleash their talents to make their future bright. She said that the 17th BBS games will be held in the school campus like the previous years, the preparations for which are going on by all the students and all the staff very loudly. On this occasion, the school principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani highly praised the group chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini and said that the students have been given such a platform in which the students are excelling in studies as well as in sports and getting good positions.
