Blooming Buds School, Moga’s 17th BBS Games 2024 ended leaving an indelible mark

17th BBS GAMES 2024 have been going on for the past few days under the leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini at Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution in Moga city. The annual games ended up leaving an indelible mark. Around 38 indoor and outdoor games and 22 track and field events were participated by students in these annual sports. Harmanpreet Singh, the captain of the Indian hockey team, was the chief guest in this ceremony. Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini, Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini, School Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani, Vice Principal Mrs. Nidhi Brar, Jessica Saini and CEO Mr. Rahul Chhabra welcomed the chief guest with a bouquet of flowers. The ceremony began in a very charming and beautiful manner. After welcoming the chief guests,  The march past was led by the band and the National Flag was saluted. After this march past, the games were started by the chief guest. All the house teams took a pledge to play the games with integrity and discipline and to bring honor to the school. After this, the chief guest and chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini jointly lit the sports torch of the school and this torch was handed over to the school captains. After this, the group chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini addressed the players. At the beginning of the ceremony a beautiful display was put on by the BBS Bagpiper Band. The function started auspiciously with Vandana classical dance. On the theme of patriotism, group dance by the junior group, regional dance and Punjabi folk dance Giddha by the senior girls enthralled the audience. Students showcased their agility through gymnastics and yoga displays. After this, there was a very wonderful and heart-warming performance of ‘Gatka’ which was a tribute to the sacrifice of Chhote Sahibzade and Mata Gujri Ji. The archery game was started by the chief guest and he himself took the bow and aimed. During these games, the winning students were honored with medals and trophies by the chief guest. All this ceremony was openly appreciated by the chief guest Harmanpreet Singh. They particularly liked the arrangement of Blooming Buds School and the infrastructure provided by the school. After this he highly appreciated the BBS group’s efforts to promote sports along with the academics. He also said that every player should be disciplined towards their game so that many International Players should come out from this organization in the near future. At the end of the ceremony, the chief guest Harmanpreet Singh was honored by all the staff and management of the School.
