Blooming Buds School student won Bronze Medal in National Level Shooting Competition
Kulraj Singh won bronze medal by securing 3rd position out of 960 players – Principal
Blooming Buds School, the renowned educational institution of Moga city, under the able leadership of group chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini, it is reaching new heights every day in the field of sports, education, culture and arts. Taking this ritual forward, Kulraj Singh, an eighth class student of the school, has made the school, his parents and his Moga district proud by winning a medal in the national level shooting competition. Sharing information in detail in this subject, the school principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani said that in the 68th School National Championship held at The Emerald Heights International School, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, the eighth class student of the school won the bronze medal. Kulraj Singh participated in the Under-17 Open Sight Air Rifle Shooting Championship. These competitions were held from December 25 to January 3. Players from 28 states of all India participated in these competitions. Apart from this, teams from every education board also arrived to participate in this competition. In total, around 3500 players participated in various shooting competitions. There were 960 players in the Under-17 Open Sight Air Rifle Shooting Competition. Kulraj Singh displayed his skills brilliantly by scoring 338 points to secure the third position and win the bronze medal. Along with the medal, Kulraj Singh also received a certificate. During the morning assembly in the school, the principal madam honored Kulraj Singh by calling him on the stage. Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini congratulated Kulraj Singh and coach Mr. Harjit Singh on this achievement. Encouraging Kulraj Singh, she said that this achievement is the result of Kulraj Singh’s hard work and coach Harjit Singh’s high level training. It may be mentioned that the school has built a fully computerized shooting range of international level for the practice of the students, where after shooting at the target, the result comes on the laptop screen. The school has received this honor due to these facilities and the hard work and dedication of the students. All staff and students were present on this occasion.
