Blooming Buds ABC Montessori School, a part of BBS Group of School, a renowned educational institution in Moga city, celebrated the 76th Republic Day in the institution under the leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini. A function was organized by the students and staff to celebrate the Republic Day. BBS Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini, Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini, Mr. Harry Dhillon (Australia), Mrs. Ankush Dhillon (Australia) participated as chief guests in this event. The event was started by Shri Harry Dhillon and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini by unfurling the national flag. A rangoli was made dedicated to the Republic Day by painting the entire school campus in tricolor. All the students saluted with tricolor flags in their hands and sang the national anthem. While learning from history, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini said that the first Republic Day was celebrated on 26 January 1950, three years after independence. The Constitution was adopted by the Indian Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949, led by Dr. BR Ambedkar. It came into force on January 26, 1950. During the event, patriotic songs and poems were presented by the students. All the staff and school principal Paramjit Kaur were present on this occasion. Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini distributed chocolates to all the students and staff.
