Blooming Buds School hosted Meeting of School Principals regarding PARAKH Rashtriya Sarvekhshan-2024

Blooming Buds School, Moga, a reputed educational institution of Moga city, hosted a special meeting regarding ‘Parakh Rashtriya Sarvekshan-2024’ which was attended by principals of all private and government schools. Sharing information about this in detail, the school principal and the district level coordinator for ‘Parakh Rashtriya Sarvekshan-2024’ Dr. Hamiliya Rani said that in view of the ‘Parakh Rashtriya Sarvekshan-2024’ to be held on 04 December 2024, a meeting was held today with the principals of all the private and government schools of Moga district, in which the structure of the ‘Parakh Rashtriya Sarvekshan-2024’ was discussed. Necessary guidelines were issued regarding this. She said that the test was earlier known as National Achievement Survey (NAS) but it was renamed as PARAKH. (Performance Assessment, Review and Analysis of Knowledge for Holistic Development) . She said that the main objective of the ‘Parakh Rashtriya Sarvekshan-2024’ is to assess the effectiveness of India’s school education system by assessing qualifications at various educational stages. The purpose of this assessment is to provide valuable insights into the inputs and processes within the education system that help improve the educational health of the system. This aligns with the goals of the National Education Policy 2020, the Foundation Phase 2022 and the National Curriculum Framework for School Education 2023. Students of classes III, VI and IX of the schools will participate in this survey and their performance will be evaluated to determine whether the current educational structure of the schools is following the guidelines of the National Education Policy-2020 or not. Based on the results of this survey, progressive changes in the educational structure will be outlined in the coming period. On this occasion, District Education Officer (Secondary) Mrs. Anju Sethi ji also gave special instructions regarding this. Satish Kumar, Navdeep Singh, Vikas Chopra and Aman Sharma were also specially present.
