Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution of the area celebrated World Laughter Day under the leadership of BBS Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini. Charts and articles related to this day were presented by the students. In which they explained that laughter is a universal language that brings people together and has many health benefits. To recognize the power of laughter, the world celebrates International Laughter Day on the first Sunday of May every year. Laughter Day was first introduced in 1998 by Dr. Madan Kataria, The Laughter Yoga founder in Mumbai, India. Laughter Yoga is a unique form of exercise. Laughter yoga opens the nerves of the whole body. It is now practiced in more than 100 countries around the world and has helped millions of people improve their physical and mental health. One of the great things about laughter is that it is contagious. When we see someone else laughing, it’s hard not to join in. Laughter can bring people together and strengthen relationships. It can also help ease stressful situations and make communication easier. On this occasion, the school principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani informed that laughter yoga can remove many diseases of the body such as mental stress, loneliness etc. During this, some students were called on the stage and they told jokes to all the students. Finally the Principal explained that International Laughter Day is an important reminder of the power of laughter and its role in promoting good health. By incorporating more laughter into our lives, we can reduce stress, boost our immune systems, and improve our mental and physical health. All school students and teachers were present on this occasion.
