Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution in Moga city, under the able leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Madam Kamal Saini, celebrated the 77th Independence Day with great pomp and patriotism. It was started by BBS Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Madam Kamal Saini hoisted the tricolor flag and the school flag. Along with this, the National Anthem was sung by the School Choir and the students of the Red, Green, Blue and Yellow Houses of the school marched past under the leadership of the School Band and saluted the National Flag. After the march past, under the leadership of the school captains, all the students and staff took an oath to be loyal to the country and the group chairman Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini congratulated everyone on the 77th Independence Day. Addressing all the students and staff, he said that if we all are enjoying freedom today, then all the credit goes to those martyrs who kissed the gallows with a smile and faced the guns and cannons of the British government with great courage. This freedom has come to the Indian people after 200 years of suffering the oppression of British rule. Respecting this freedom is the first duty of every Indian. It is very important to maintain the unity and integrity of India. During the event, the students displayed P.T. This was followed by a dance performance on a patriotic song (Tujhe Namami) by the students of Class 7. The song ‘Teri Mitti Mein Mil Jaawan’ was sung by the school choir which enthralled everyone. LKG boys and girls recited the poem ‘Dekho Bachho Jhanda Pyaara’. Boys and girls of Bal Vatika danced to the song ‘Love My Country India’. The girls of the Junior Wing gave a beautiful rendition on the songs ‘India Wale’ and ‘Jai Ho’. The girls of the Intermediate Wing presented a beautiful dance on the song ‘Rag-Rag Mein India’. The students of Class VIII performed a choreography titled ‘Ek Bhara Shrestha Bharat’. At the end of the event, the senior girls performed the Punjabi folk dance ‘Bhangra’. School Chairperson Madam Kamal Saini ji gave a message to the students and said that after 76 years of independence, India is among the developing countries. There is no doubt that today’s India occupies a distinct and unique place at the international level. But with this our duty does not end but our responsibility towards our country increases even more. Therefore, to maintain this unique identity of India and to include India in the list of developed countries, every Indian should come forward and try to contribute more in every field. On this occasion, the school principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani said that like every other time, Blooming Buds School is feeling honored by paying tribute to the freedom fighters and saluting the national tricolor. On this happy occasion, the school management distributed chocolates among all the staff and students.
