Blooming Buds School players won Moga Zone Games

Blooming Buds School, the renowned educational institution of Moga city, under the able leadership of group chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Madam Kamal Saini, is achieving new heights in the field of education as well as sports. Adding further to these heights, the table-tennis and lawn-tennis players of the school have once again enhanced the prestige of the school by securing the first position in the Moga Zonal Games. School Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani while sharing more information about this, said that in the 67th Moga Zone Games organized by the Punjab Government, the table tennis under-14, under-17 girls’ team from the school won the first place and were selected for the district level games. In the final competitions Divanshi and Supriya in the Under-14 category, Himanshi, Manveer Kaur and Samreet Kaur in the Under-17 category achieved this position by defeating the teams of D.N. Model School and Government School, Bhim Nagar. Apart from this, the U-19 boys team won first place in the lawn tennis competition held at Guru Nanak Public School, Dosanjh. In this team Prabhjot Singh, Arshdeep Singh and Jashandeep Singh performed brilliantly.  Apart from this, Muhammad Ashraf, Manpreet Singh, Gurshan Singh in the U-14 boys team, Sahibpreet Singh, Gurshan Singh and Armanpreet Singh in the U-17 boys team, Amanat Kaur and Vandana Sharma in the U-17 girls team secured second position and qualified for district level competitions. School Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani and Chairperson Madam Kamal Saini congratulated all the winning players of table tennis and lawn tennis and coach Kamta Prasad. On this occasion, school chairperson Madam Kamal Saini ji said that BBS institution is committed to the all-round development of the students, so while all the facilities are provided for studies, all the necessary things for sports are also provided to the students. It may be mentioned that a separate lawn-tennis court has been constructed in the school and three table tennis tables have been provided to the students in the school. It is only because of these efforts of the school management and the hard work and dedication of the students that students of the school make new achievements every day and make the name of the school even brighter.
