Blooming Buds ABC Montessori School celebrated Birth Anniversary of ‘Mahatma Gandhi’ and ‘Lal Bahadur Shastri’

Blooming Buds ABC Montessori School, a part of Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution in Moga, celebrated the birthday of Father of the Nation Shri Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (Mahatma Gandhi) and Lal Bahadur Shastri, the second Prime Minister of independent India, under the leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Madam Kamal Saini. Children celebrated the day with great enthusiasm. During the school assembly, children dressed up as Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri and chanted their slogans. A lot of enthusiasm was seen in the children. School Principal Mrs. Sonia Sharma while informing the students about the birth and life of Mahatma Gandhiji and Lal Bahadur Shastriji said that the full name of Mahatma Gandhiji was Shri Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, he was born on October 2, 1869 in Porbandar, Gujarat. His father’s name was Shri Karamchand Gandhi and his mother’s name was Putli Bai. She said that Mahatma Gandhi was a gifted student from childhood and qualities like truth, peace, non-violence were in him from childhood. Sharing information about Lal Bahadaru Shastri Ji’s life, she said that he was born on 2 October 1904 at Mughalsarai in Varanasi. His father’s name was Munshi Sharda Prasad Srivastava and mother’s name was Ramdulari. Lal Bahadur Shastri ji was a true patriot who devoted his entire life to the freedom struggle of India and served the country even after independence as an honest leader as the second Prime Minister of India. Principal Mrs. Sonia Sharma gave a message to the children that the life of Mahatma Gandhi ji and Lal Bahadur Shasti ji is a guide for us. From the lives of Gandhi ji and Shastri ji, we learn that always speak the truth and win any battle with the power of non-violence.
