Blooming Buds School Receives ‘FAP’ National Award 2023 for “Best School Award for Unique Practice”

Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution of Moga city, which is moving forward on the path of advancement under the able leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Madam Kamal Saini, has further elevated its status in the field of private educational institutions. Another milestone has been established. “FAP National Award-2023” for private schools was organized by “Federation of Private Schools and Associations of Punjab” at Chandigarh University yesterday. During which Blooming Buds School was honored with the ‘Best School for Unique Practice’ award. This award school chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and school principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani ji received from Federation President Sardar Jagjit Singh Dhuri ji. It is a matter of great pride for the school staff and students that Blooming Buds School has received this honour. Along with the school, the principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani also received this award separately. It may be mentioned that Blooming Buds School has always been a pioneer in the field of education. It has been providing all kinds of platforms for the all-round development of students. Schools were selected for this award which are providing education to students as well as platforms which not every school is providing. Its complete record was called for online by the federation and the school was selected for this award only after checking in a transparent manner. Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani gave information about this platform provided by the school. She said that last year during 2022-2023, the school conducted a seminar to make students aware about entrepreneurship. During which 23 students of Blooming Buds School got an opportunity to participate in the Udham Vikas program to learn about entrepreneurship. She said that the biggest problem of the country which is unemployment, to find the solution, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Chandigarh, Punjab University, Punjab Engineering College, I. I. T. Joined hands with Ropar and Young Hopes of India Foundation, Chandigarh to work exclusively on entrepreneurship and rural development. To encourage entrepreneurship and inculcate the entrepreneurial spirit, the Center for Entrepreneurship and Rural Development launched the first phase under the 3-phase Entrepreneurship Development Programme, i.e. Personality Development Center and CB for schools for the desired personality of an entrepreneur. Only 7 schools were selected from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Chandigarh with the support of SC. It is a matter of pride that Blooming Buds School was also selected for this programme, through which the students got an opportunity to acquire basic knowledge to start any business and hone their personality. 23 students conducted its 6 seminars. In which they were introduced to six topics starting from the basics of entrepreneurship such as idea generation, business planning, funding, revenue models, legal regulations involved in entrepreneurship and idea pitching. Various seminars, lectures were organized for the students on these subjects. During this program they also got an opportunity to participate in various workshops. During these workshops, the students got to interact with various personalities like Director IIT-Ropar, Prof. (Dr.) Rajeev Ahuja, Prof. (Dr.) Davinder Singh, Chairperson Legal Department, Punjab University and Advocate Suveer Sidhu Ji, Chairman Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana got an opportunity to meet and interact. During the final round of this program, the students of Blooming Buds School presented their business idea and won the first place. All this information and its proofs were sent to the federation and the school received this award. While giving information, Chairman Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Madam Kamal Saini said that Blooming Buds School, Moga has been known for the excellent academic performance of its students for the past twenty years. We provide excellent sports facilities, international standard infrastructure to the students for all round development. There was a happy atmosphere in the school on receiving this award. Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani thanked all the members of the Federation and especially the President Sardar Jagjit Singh Dhuriji. She thanked the school management saying that the school was able to get this award only because of the latest technologies and facilities provided by the management. After this she said that this honor will be a symbol of the victory of hard work and dedication of all of us and with the same spirit will continue to encourage us to do better in the future.
