Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution of Moga city, under the able leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Madam Kamal Saini has been continuously performing excellently in the field of education as well as sports. Under this campaign, once again the table-tennis player of Blooming Buds School won the bronze medal at the state level and brought the name of the school and Moga district to light. Sharing information in detail in this regard, school principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani said that during the 67th Punjab State School Games, in the table tennis competition held at Amritsar, Divanshi, a student of the sixth class and Supriya, a student of the seventh class, won the bronze medal in the Moga district team. Along with the medal, a trophy was also awarded. Both the students defeated the teams from Pathankot, Faridkot, Fatehgarh Sahab and Amritsar in their league competitions and placed in the top 4 and won the bronze medal by defeating the team from Mohali in the final competition. Players from 23 districts across Punjab participated in these competitions. Madam Principal encouraged Supriya and Divanshi and said that this result is the result of tireless hard work of these girls. Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani and Vice Principal Shri Mati Nidhi Brar during the morning assembly in the school specially invited both the students on the stage and honored them. It may be mentioned that never before this the team of Moga district has won a medal in table tennis at the state level. These students have created a new history by winning medals for Moga district. School Chairperson Madam Kamal Saini appreciated this achievement of Supriya and Divanshi and school table-tennis coach K.P. Sharma was also congratulated. She said that international level infrastructure has been provided in the school to make the students aware of sports, which increases the level of sports of the students.
